PAWLIK Search Consultants, part of the PAWLIK Group, focuses on Executive Search. For over 25 years, we have been supporting national and international organizations in filling management and expert positions. Our international consultants, with their individual industry and functional expertise, deliver excellent results.

We use our own scientific method to identify all aspects of personality and the optimal fit of candidates and organizations.

To strengthen our growth in the Benelux, we are looking for additional Alliance Partners. The Benelux headquarters is located in Amsterdam and we plan to open additional offices in the Benelux. Alliance Partners can also work remotely.
